This website had a short 2 week turnaround so the base Shopify template was used for efficiency and styled it to suit the clients branding. This also included adding related item collections for each product to encourage up-sells and working with the client to improve their payment options including Klarna.
As well as designing a series of welcome emails which trigger with an account or newsletter sign-up, I designed a series of email newsletters to promote offers and new product launches.
The result
A combination of the new website and marketing work achieved an increase of 177% in month-on-month site revenue.
The email marketing campaigns produced an incredible ROI of 1251%, with the majority of the revenue originating from the basket abandonment automation series.
